Delivery FAQ

Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia Wide with Australia Post.
We also ship to overseas, however, we have to process this on from our end. So please send us an email with your order and shipping address to hi@snacktoc.com and we'll send you a quote including shipping cost with Fedex or DHL.
When will you send my order?
We only dispatch orders on Mondays to Thursdays and not on Friday or last working day before long weekend as your package will not reach you in time before the weekend and we don't want a freshly baked product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
We usually bake your order fresh on the day we are going to dispatch it. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please also allow an additional 1-2 days for the product to arrive via Express Post.
When will I get my order?
For now we only use Australia Post Express Shipping to post your order. Typically takes 1-2 business days to reach you from the day we dispatch it. We are located in Melbourne, VIC, meaning (usually) your order will arrive next business day for major cities, or take an extra day outside of major cities. For regional/rural orders, delivery time can be longer - please contact Australia Post for any inquiry about this.
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your order. During holidays, you can expect some delays. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the date you ordered, please contact us at hi@snacktoc.com so we can help track itu for you.
What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?
In a case where you are not home and no one at your address to receive your order, courier will leave it in a safe place. We always sealed all packages before we dispatch it.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be $15 via Australia Post Express
How long do Snacktoc product last?
When sealed, our Mud Cookies can last 2 weeks in room temperature and a month on fridge.
If you do not plan on devouring all of it at once, freeze them on the day you receive them. When ready to eat, simply microwave it for 30 seconds, until cookies warm and mud melted, check and repeat as desired.
Returns & Refunds
All of our products are made in house, by hand. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once the dispatch them.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.
Bulk Orders
If you’re having a wedding, or require catering for events, we’d love to be involved. Please email to hi@snacktoc.com at least 14 days prior to your desired date. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required and your desired flavours.

If you have submitted an enquiry and haven't heard back, please note we do our best to respond as quickly as we can during business hours (8am-4pm Monday-Friday). We do not monitor our email inbox on weekends.
